Each year the senior management team hosts a staff road show where they present to all employees and then take questions from the floor. As well as reviewing the past year and taking a look at the year ahead, its main focus is health and safety. Whilst these address the business position, they also provide a forum for sharing with staff our strategic view and talk through the direction the company is heading, engaging staff on the journey. This ‘Connect Seminar’ edition is about communication, engagement and most importantly energising our staff.
In addition to what will be the update we have on the work front, we will have other positive news with regard to the future of our business.
