A new partnership between ACIEM and Murray Technical Services (MTECh) will see the opening of a joint workshop and office in Southampton later this month, providing a streamlined service for customers throughout Southern England. The new collaboration will also bring about the reintroduction of control panel capability for ACIEM’s customers.

MTECh specialises in electrical and mechanical installation, instrumentation and control systems, and the collaboration will strengthen the M&E and civils offering of both businesses, as well as expanding resource levels to complement the ICA side of ACIEM’s existing operations.

Simon Barrett, Southern Operations Manager for ACIEM Group Limited, said, “It is with great pleasure that we announce the opening of a Southern Region Branch in Southampton, which has come about due to an active progression of opportunities within the region. We pride ourselves on supporting our clients at a local level and this move will give our clients in Southern England the confidence they need as we work together to safely deliver reliable, affordable project solutions.

“The partnership with MTECh will provide increased bandwidth for the delivery of package plant and small to medium control systems, as well as being an additional hub for management of southern business opportunities. By working together, we can offer more capabilities and stronger resources.”

Paul Murray, Director of MTECh, added, “The long term success of Murray Technical Services is underpinned by our close working relationship with our supply chain and strategic partners. The collaboration with ACIEM will enable us to provide further value, technical insight and expertise to our core business.”
